By creating an account, connecting Google Drive, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What Draper Does

Draper helps you find and assemble the right video clips fast by syncing selected Google Drive folders, analyzing your videos with AI to make them searchable, supporting natural-language search (e.g., “find the dumbbell unboxing”), and auto-matching clips to your voiceovers to produce more ad variations quickly. Features and pricing are described on our website and may change from time to time. usedraper.com

2. Eligibility; Accounts

  • You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.

  • You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. Google Sign-In & Drive Connection

  • Sign-In: You may sign in with Google. We receive your name and email address.

  • Drive Access: When you connect Google Drive, we read folder names to let you choose where to work. We only access and store video files from the folder(s) you select (plus necessary metadata to operate the Service). You can revoke access anytime in your Google Account permissions.

  • Our use of Google data follows the Google API Services User Data Policy (Limited Use).

4. Your Content & Licenses

  • Ownership: You retain all rights to videos, voiceovers, and other materials you upload or connect (“Your Content”).

  • License to Draper: You grant Draper a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, transcode, analyze (including via AI/ML), index, and display Your Content solely to provide and improve the Service (e.g., search, matching, and rendering outputs you request).

  • Derived Data: We may create and store derivative operational data (e.g., transcripts, embeddings, thumbnails, technical metadata) to power search and matching, tied to the folders you selected.

  • Your Responsibilities: You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights and permissions to provide Your Content and to authorize our processing under these Terms, and that Your Content and your use of the Service comply with Applicable Law and these Terms.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) infringe others’ IP or privacy; (b) upload illegal content; (c) attempt to reverse engineer or interfere with the Service; (d) use the Service for high-risk or unlawful activities; (e) bypass access controls or quotas; or (f) misrepresent your affiliation or impersonate others.

6. Subscriptions, Pricing & Trials

  • Plans: As indicated on our site, the Standard plan is currently USD $199 per brand per month with 2TB storage; Enterprise is custom (generally 2TB per brand baseline). “Unlimited searches,” “unlimited video creations,” and “unlimited users” are subject to Fair Use (Section 7). We may update plan features and prices; the current details on our website apply as of purchase/renewal. usedraper.com

  • Billing & Renewal: Subscriptions bill in advance and auto-renew for the same term unless canceled before the renewal date. You authorize us (and our payment processors) to charge all due amounts, including applicable taxes.

  • Trials: If a free trial is offered, it lasts for the period shown at signup. At trial end, your plan converts to paid and your payment method is charged unless you cancel before the trial ends.

  • Changes: Upgrades take effect immediately (prorated charges may apply). Downgrades take effect at the next renewal.

  • Refunds: Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable, including for partial periods.

7. Fair Use; Technical Limits

“Unlimited” features rely on shared infrastructure. To maintain service quality, we may apply reasonable technical safeguards (e.g., rate limits, concurrency caps, storage hygiene, abuse detection). If your usage materially exceeds normal patterns and threatens stability or costs, we may request adjustments, propose an upgrade, or throttle/suspend until resolved.

8. Storage & Retention

We store (a) your account info, (b) folder names from your connected Google Drive to enable selection, (c) video files only from the folder(s) you select, and (d) derived operational data needed for search/matching. We retain this while your account is active and as needed to provide the Service.

9. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect data (including Google data). By using the Service, you consent to those practices.

10. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party services (e.g., Google). Your use of those services is subject to their terms and policies. Draper is not responsible for third-party services and does not control their availability.

11. AI & Output Disclaimers

AI features can be probabilistic and may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or unexpected results. You are responsible for reviewing outputs and for your final creative decisions, compliance, and claims. Draper does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or lawfulness of outputs.

12. Intellectual Property (Draper IP)

We and our licensors own the Service, including software, models, algorithms, UI/UX, design, and trademarks. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service during your subscription in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, modify, host, sublicense, or create derivative works of the Service.

13. Feedback

If you provide feedback or suggestions, you grant Draper a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use it for any purpose without obligation to you.

14. Beta/Trial Features

We may label certain features as alpha/beta/preview. They are provided as-is, may change or be discontinued, and may be subject to additional terms.

15. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach, risk to the Service, or legal compliance. You may cancel anytime in your account settings or by contacting support. Upon account deletion, we revoke Google access and delete stored personal information and video files associated with your account within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law.

16. Warranties; Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

17. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DRAPER AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND SUPPLIERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR: (A) INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES; OR (B) LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, GOODWILL, DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS IN THE AGGREGATE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU TO DRAPER FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, the above limits apply to the fullest extent permitted.

18. Indemnification

You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Draper from and against claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from Your Content, your use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms or Applicable Law.

19. Governing Law; Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, excluding conflicts of laws rules. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction, except that if you are a consumer in the UK/EU, you may bring claims in your country of residence where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.

20. Changes to the Service and Terms

We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable. We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide notice (e.g., via the Service or email). Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

21. Miscellaneous

  • Entire Agreement: These Terms plus any order form and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement.

  • Severability: If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect.

  • No Waiver: Failure to enforce is not a waiver.

  • Assignment: You may not assign without our consent; we may assign in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

  • Notices: We may send notices to the email associated with your account.
