We care about your privacy. This Policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, how we use and share it, and the choices you have.
1) What we collect
a) Account Information
Google Sign-In: When you sign in with Google, we receive and store your name and email address.
b) Google Drive Connection (If you choose to connect)

We may collect limited technical data (e.g., device/browser type, timestamps, pages or screens viewed) to operate, secure, and improve the Service. We avoid collecting more than necessary.
2) How we use your information
We use your information to:
Provide, operate, and maintain the Service (e.g., authenticate you via Google; display your folders; process your selected videos).

Protect the Service, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot issues.
Comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information.

Where GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we process:
Contract: to provide the Service you request (account, folder selection, processing selected videos).
Consent: when you connect your Google account and select folders.
Legitimate Interests: to secure and improve the Service, prevent misuse, and communicate non-marketing service updates.
5) Sharing of information
We share information only with:
Service Providers: Trusted vendors that help us run the Service (e.g., hosting, cloud storage, authentication). They may only use data as instructed by us and must protect it.

Business Transfers: In a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred subject to this Policy.
We do not share your Google data with third parties for advertising or for unrelated purposes.
6) Data retention & deletion
We retain your name, email, folder names, and stored video files (from your selected folder) only as long as your account is active and needed to provide the Service.
Account Deletion: When you delete your account, we revoke access to your Google data and delete the personal information and stored video files associated with your account within a reasonable period (typically 30 days), unless we must retain certain information to comply with law, resolve disputes, or enforce agreements.
